We're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and forward-thinking Partnership Manager to lead this exciting new venture from the ground up.

You will:
Design, grow, and lead a pioneering non-academic programme
Inspire a team to deliver meaningful, transformative experiences
Empower service users with the skills and confidence to thrive in work, supported living, and daily life
Collaborate with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to build a holistic and future-ready service
Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts that ensure impact and excellence
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Enrichment Officers, guiding the development of bespoke, person-led programmes
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, risk management, and quality care
Collaborate with internal professionals and senior leaders to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach
Champion continuous improvement through robust quality assurance and reflective practice
Take operational responsibility for the safety, training, wellbeing and development of your team
Foster a professional, empowering and inclusive working culture that aligns with Henshaws' values
Salary: 19.73 per hour. 36,456.70 per annum

What We're Looking For
To hold a level 5 Diploma or equivalent or commitment to complete a level 5 qualification within 2 years of employment.
Recent or relevant experience in similar educational, care or support environments
Understanding of learning disabilities, autism, SEMH, and the specific challenges and opportunities these present
High emotional intelligence, leadership capability, and organisational skill
Willingness to work flexibly including evenings/weekends as required
