What the job is about?



The Partnership Manager will lead on the development and implementation of the local Stakeholder and Participant Engagement strategy. Proactively developing relationships with the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), GP Practice Managers and other local stakeholders within the health sector, the Partnership Manager will actively promote an awareness and understanding of our preventative health services to ensure they are seen as the services of choice for direct referrals.

This role will be working across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster so the successful candidate will need to be based in this area and be happy to travel.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



Stakeholder Engagement & Management



Partnership Managers will engage and work with stakeholders from a wide range of organisations e.g. GP Practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), mental health services, primary care, Tier 3 weight management, Midwifes etc. ensuring there is awareness of and engagement with our services .

Identifies and develops relationships with potential referral organisations building effective referral pipelines and developing the existing referral pathway into our services. Attends meetings with local CCGs and GPs (e.g. locality meetings) to build broader engagement with primary health care services to build understanding of and the credibility of our services. Schedules regular face-to-face and telephone contact with stakeholder, prioritising as appropriate, to ensure stakeholders across the whole geographical are engaged and proactively promoting our services. Acting as the key contact for providers, providing a responsive service to meet our mutual needs e.g. responding to queries, raising any issue with referral suitability/eligibility for services etc. Identifies complimentary services (e.g. mental health services, homelessness support, family services etc.) and develops referral pathways that enable such services to integrate effectively with our service offering i.e. sharing of information etc.

Programme Promotion



Partnership Managers will proactively promote all Reed Momenta services within a number of communities through effective planning, co-ordinating and monitoring of performance at all marketing and outreach events.

Management of a programme of events to promote services within community. Working closely with the Marketing Team to formulate and maintain a comprehensive marketing and communications plan which incorporates community, partnership and stakeholder engagement, in addition to the dissemination of appropriate marketing across the service delivery areas to enable to achievement of key performance indicators. Input into and support the digital marketing activity for Reed Momenta services. Working with Health & Wellbeing Coach Managers and Advisers to ensure that consistent promotion messages are being delivered by all parties.

Health Champion Recruitment & Management



Partnership Managers will be responsible for attracting and identifying suitable volunteer Health Champions and assigning them to supervising their work to support the promotion and delivery of Reed Momenta services. Recruit and screen volunteer Health Champions - from a number of targeted communities - asking appropriate and probing questions in order to invite applicants to interview stage.

Promote Health Champion opportunities within local communities to ensure we build a diverse team that is representative of the local communities in which we work. Apply appropriate selection processes to ensure we recruit Health Champions who both engaged and capable of promoting and supporting our services. Oversee the on boarding process and ensure that all relevant documentation checks and training is complete. Co-ordinate the team of Health Champions i.e. taking note of their availability and assigning them to support the delivery of promotional events and services. Conduct regular Health Champion team meetings to ensure team is engaged and all have the same awareness and abilities to promote our services. Utilise meetings for feedback and to identify opportunities for service promotion improvements.

Required Knowledge & Skills Attainments



Demonstrable experience of building relationships with external stakeholders External of working with stakeholders with public health and/or primary care. Experience of working on public service provision. Experience of the external promotion/marketing of services Experience of organising and delivering events.

Essential Criteria



Able to work independently i.e. used to working in autonomous roles and is a self-starter. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills e.g: Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work with a wide variety of people (CEOs, senior manager, front line staff). Ability to be flexible and adapt to working with organisations with different working cultures. Resilient and persistent. Sales orientated with ability to pitch in personable and engaging manner. Excellent communicator verbally and in writing. High standard of advocacy, communication, presentational and interpersonal skills. Well organised and attentive to detail.

Desirable Attainments



Experience of working on voluntary participation services. Experience of recruitment and/or working with volunteers.

Pay: 30,000.00-39,500.00 per year
