Ecommerce Partnership Manager - EMEA | Payoneer


Role Summary





Payoneer is seeking a seasoned, energetic, and ambitious Ecommerce Partnership Manager to lead and scale our partnerships acquisition channel across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving growth through innovative partnerships. You'll be at the forefront of executing our go-to-market strategy, building high-impact relationships, and delivering revenue beyond expectations.



What You'll Do




Build and expand a robust network of ecommerce partners and affiliates using Payoneer's platform and products (commercial cards, payment solutions). Drive client acquisition across diverse verticals such as seller academies, ecommerce consultants, logistics firms, global tax and accountancy, and business formation services. Lead strategic business analysis and market development initiatives to unlock new opportunities in the region. Collaborate closely with the EMEA Partnerships Director and cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution. Represent Payoneer at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and partner engagement.



Who You Are




5+ years of experience in direct sales, partnerships, or business development within Payments, Financial Services, Technology, or Ecommerce. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to execute end-to-end business initiatives. Skilled in data analysis, deal-making, and relationship management. Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal. Willing to travel and engage with partners across the region. Bonus: Additional language skills are a plus.
