What to expect
As a Partnership Marketing Lead you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role within Marketing & Digital and reporting to the Head of Partnership Marketing.
Three new Partnership Marketing Lead roles have been created in the new structure. These roles will report to the Head of Partnership Marketing, and they will work on strategy, planning, execution and measurement for in-branch marketing, strategic partner marketing and marketing partnerships - delivering in line with business strategy and the product marketing plans. They will partner closely with key external stakeholder groups e.g. Postmasters, and with any third-party suppliers marketing across the network. Finally, they will support our capability agenda in the critical area of B2B marketing.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience
  • Excellent experience in physical retail or partnership marketing roles.
  • Experience developing & implementing successful marketing plans.
  • Track record of delivering effective retail marketing campaigns that delivered tangible business results.
  • Exposure to / involvement in marketing / partnership business development with large organisations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with data & analytics to both drive decisions & inform evaluation.
