Reporting to the Commercial Director, TELUS Health is seeking an ambitious business development professional to join its Partnerships team as a Partnerships Account Manager.
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home anywhere in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing Perks merchant partners, creating new strategic partnerships, and generating incremental commission revenue from top brands across the UK, US, Canada and Australia. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, customer success, and internal Perks teams to drive platform growth and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
What you'll do
Drive Revenue Growth & Partnership Expansion
Recruit new brands and sell advertising placements with strong initiative and commercial focus
Prospect, negotiate and monetize new partnerships for our Perks platform to expand market reach
Negotiate commissions and advertising placement proposals that deliver mutual value
Monitor competitor products, offers and weaknesses and present innovative ideas for sustainable growth
Manage Strategic Partner Relationships
Maintain existing Perks partners through proactive day-to-day relationship management
Create excellent relationships with affiliate networks, agencies and direct brands to strengthen our ecosystem
Deliver the highest level of customer service to partners through exceptional relationship management
Develop comprehensive understanding of the Perks industry (B2B and B2C) and competitive landscape
Execute Data-Driven Campaign Management
Maintain a robust pipeline including development of new business leads and opportunity tracking
Lead Perks promotional planning, working closely with Perks team, marketing and customer success managers
Conduct reporting and analysis of campaign results to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI
Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and partnership optimization
What you bring
Minimum of 1-2 years business development experience with demonstrated success in revenue generation
Evidence of campaign planning, stakeholder management and building relationships (internal/external)
Commercial strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining focus on results
Highly motivated and self-sufficient individual who operates with considerable autonomy and discretion
Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce for effective business operations
Knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing industry is beneficial but not required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
