What will you be doing?




We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in London. This role supports the Growth Marketing Team in delivering Evelyn Partners brand partnerships, and campaigns for key target audiences. The role holder will support the Partnerships and Marketing Manager and two Marketing Managers, collaborating across the business to ensure partnerships and marketing activities are delivered to plan and are focused on achieving our commercial objectives. The role also involves managing hospitality properties and the merchandise programme to maximise business value.

As Partnerships & Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include among others



Strategy



Assist the Partnerships and Marketing Manager in developing and delivering partnership strategies and collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to implement marketing plans aligned with commercial targets and investment levels.

Identifying and Evaluation



Build relationships within the business to ensure buy-in and integrate existing programmes and conduct post campaign evaluations to measure the impact of partnership and marketing activity.

Activation



Support the activation of partnerships and marketing activities to maximise brand and business value.

National Initiatives



Manage the ticketing for our owned hospitality initiatives (e.g., Lords, Twickenham, Wembley) and support the hospitality and activation for the Royal Academy annual event and other centrally developed partnership events.

Measurement



Help develop an approach to measure the impact of partnership activities and report on activities with recommendations for improvements.

Merchandise



Review the usage of branded merchandise to ensure our suite of items is being used to deliver value to the business.


Qualifications

Skills and Experience



To be successful in this role, you should



Relevant experience gained working in a marketing role Organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills are essential Relationship-building skills - collaboration with internal teams Results oriented with a focus on delivering to deadlines and targets Creative and strategic thinking

Desired



Previous experience of working in financial services or partnerships is desirable Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable but not essential University qualification desirable but not essential
