The Role



As a

Partnerships Consultant

, you will act as a trusted commercial advisor to our publishing partners in the US market. Your role will focus on strengthening relationships with advertisers, networks, and agencies while providing insights that maximize performance and drive revenue growth. You'll identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and ensure our partners achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities



Build and nurture strong relationships with publishing partners, offering strategic commercial support Develop and optimize connections with advertisers, affiliate networks, and agencies Advise partners on recruitment strategies and optimization opportunities Monitor campaign performance, deliver data-driven insights, and recommend improvements Negotiate advertiser offers, visibility opportunities, and partnership terms to drive incremental revenue Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting smooth onboarding and successful launches Collaborate with internal teams (tech, analytics, account management) to align on goals and deliver impact Represent Samwise at key industry events to enhance visibility and expand the partner network

Your Mindset & Experience



Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a related digital media role, with strong exposure to the US market Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercially minded with a solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and a growth mindset Strong collaborator who thrives in a multicultural, remote-first team environment Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level)
