The role



Partnership Executive - Europe




As the Partnership Executive - Europe you will support the Senior Partnership Manager to manage regional partners, grow and improve the lounge network, and provide administrative assistance with our core systems.


The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, and to act at pace. The focus will be on relationship management, contractual administration, Salesforce management, and a variety of other ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities




Partnership Management - Source, recruit and onboard new regional partners for lounges, EAT outlets, and Pre-book and Fast Track locations, and account manage existing ones, using Salesforce for end-to-end CRM management.


Contract Management - Ensure preferential contractual terms are in place, manage commercial negotiations following the Collinson Delegation of Authority, and utilise the contract management system (CLM).


Content Management Support - Manage partners to ensure the integrity and accuracy of partnership content available to the Content Management and Marketing teams.


Support Analysis and Reporting - Collate and support the delivery of regular management information reports. Regularly research the market, conduct competitor analysis, and share key insights with the wider team.


Administration - Support the Senior Partnerships Manager - Europe with general administrative tasks.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required




Experience in client-facing, account management, or partnerships roles


Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Word


Strong organisational and communication skills


Ability to build effective relationships across teams and seniority levels


Creative thinker with a proactive approach


Experience with Tableau and fluency in a European language are desirable


Interest in market trends and the travel industry


Willingness to travel within Europe; regional knowledge desirable
