We're looking for a Partnerships Lead to help us grow and diversify our community and commercial partnerships, income and support income base from which we deliver our life-changing work You'll develop grant applications, nurture donor relationships, and help build new partnerships that align with our values.
What you'll bring:
1. Passion for ethical, purpose-driven social inclusion
2. Strong partnership-building and relationship-development skills
3. Successful support and fundraising experience with corporate and individual donors
4. Strong proposal writing and communication skills
5. Self-motivation and organisation
You'll be joining a supportive, creative, and committed team working flexibly across the UK and South America.
