As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to raise the standard of secondary care and make it accessible to all by growing our curated network of high quality consultants.#
What you will do
Be responsible for growing our existing network of 200 consultant partnerships by focusing on building new partnerships in the South.
Use your extensive sales and industry experience to ensure you have a highly strategic approach to identifying and progressing new opportunities.
Confidently present Medbelle to consultants in person or virtually and get them excited about our vision and proposition.
Manage the cross-departmental, end-to-end onboarding process of consultants from initial pitch to final implementation.
Work closely with consultants to understand their needs, determine how Medbelle can best support and complement their existing practice, and what we can do to support their patients.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the Partnerships Team to ensure new consultant partnerships are set up for long term success.

Who you are
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience in a similar sales/account management role in the Healthcare industry with a focus on B2B medical sales, specifically orthopedic device sales
An enthusiastic and highly skilled communicator
Impeccable organisational skills

High level of proactiveness and accountability
You work well as an individual but thrive in a team environment.
