The Role and the Team




The Partnerships team at Blue Light Card manages the full relationship lifecycle with our valued partners, from onboarding to optimisation, ensuring they can deliver impactful offers that support our members.


We're looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our core partnerships team, working with partners in established categories such as electricals, home & garden, subscriptions and gifting. In this role, you'll work with some of the UK's most recognisable brands, using data-driven insights to strengthen and grow partnerships to deliver real value to our members.

What You'll Do



Manage and grow relationships with our existing partners in electricals, home & garden, subscriptions and gifting, engaging through regular calls, meetings, and site visits to understand their goals and deliver shared commercial success Optimise performance by negotiating strong discounts for our members and omnichannel offers both online and instore Turn data into action, analyse performance metrics and consumer trends to identify opportunities, guide strategic growth, and demonstrate the value of partnering with Blue Light Card Prospect and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth and impactful start to the partnership Plan and deliver marketing activity to drive engagement, including securing seasonal and tactical offers for members Lead commercial discussions for contract renewals and re-negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes Collaborate across teams, work closely with Marketing, Data, and other internal functions to bring joint business plans to life

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in Account Management or Partnership Management, working with well-known brands and with a track record of building strong commercial relationships and delivering growth Strong omnichannel retail experience, partnering with both online teams and in-store high street retailers to shape compelling in-store and digital offers Demonstrated negotiation and sales skills that can influence at all levels Confident working with data, comfortable interpreting sales data and consumer insights to spot opportunities and build compelling narratives A growth mindset - proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment A positive outlook and a collaborative approach, valuing cross-team input to achieve shared goals Experience in the affiliates would be desirable but is not essential
