Role overview

Introduction to the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the partnership between Hill Dickinson and Everton Football Club, and also with Lancashire Cricket Club. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage the ticketing and hospitality for Hill Dickinson at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to deliver best in class account management. Introduction to the team:

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Partnerships. The Partnership team will be part of the Business Development & Marketing team at Hill Dickinson. The team is currently 30-strong and made up of a Business Partnering team, a Client Development Team and a Marcomms Team.

Key responsibilities:



Partner Engagement: Nurture strong first point of contact relationships with partner contacts Activation and Planning: Adopt a strategic approach and outlook when driving short to medium term activation plans that deliver against defined objectives Inventory Tracking: Oversee the management and tracking of all partner inventory usage. Work to drive the partner performance through maximum utilisation and effective use of contractual inventory Developing key internal stakeholder relationships Working closely with the Partnerships team at Everton and LCC to ensure all hospitality / tickets are utilised Manage ticketing and hospitality process internally within Hill Dickinson Establish yourself as the initial point of contact for any queries relating to Hill Dickinson Stadium and LCC Collaborate with other teams within BDM, to deliver on partnership requirements and opportunities Contribute positively towards the continuous improvement in operation of the Partnership Management team by assuming responsibility for administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects Responsible for managing, maintaining and reporting on partner/fee earner/colleague usage and tracking

Proven experience in partnership or business development roles Strong communication skills, both written and verbally Demonstrate experience building excellent working relationships and dealing with stakeholders Excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills Strong presentation and reporting skills Demonstrate ability to work and deliver under pressure Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
It would be beneficial for you to have some of the following:

Experience in a commercial marketing environment
