What you`ll get up to as our Partnerships Manager





This is an exciting and pivotal role that will act as an AFI representative to key third parties and ensure the success of these relationships through strategic and proactive management whilst also monitoring the wider market environment. We are looking for someone who has a track record in commercial account management, ideally within the financial/professional services and can demonstrate the ability to harbour continued growth

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:





Responsible for establishing and managing key relationships with existing distribution partnerships including all external and internal queries. Quickly address and resolve queries, needs and complaints as well as maintain contract compliance and ensure that all commitments are met, including marketing plans. Seek out and drive new ways in which to develop distribution partnerships- responsible for creating significant customer growth and volume. Ensure all contractual reporting and other mandated activities for third parties are fulfilled at the required intervals e.g., daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Create, maintain and monitor the key performance indicators for these relationships and take actions to improve where there is a reduction in score Promote AFI at external industry events and act as a leader in market engagement Coordinate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure key relationships' needs met and all regulatory and contractual standards maintained - including audits, digital display of products, advertising, and any other required activity Where required get involved in writing bids and offers for new business, assisting in implementation of new relationships and provide relevant mentoring for junior members of the team

Key skills required to be successful in this role





Experience within insurance/ financial services industries Aggregator (Price Comparison Website) experience Substantial account management experience Proven track record of delivering improved commercial performance through network/relationship management. Confident and able communicator - in both verbal and written forms - with an ability to get on with a variety of personalities Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to quickly turn work around to strict deadlines
