Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent

Salary: Band 1, 24,570 - 27,850 per annum

Location: Head Office, Llanberis, North Wales with the option of some home working

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE



We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves being part of exciting events, and wants to help bring big ideas to life. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our brand and charity partners--building strong relationships, supporting their activations, and making sure they get real value from working with us. You'll work closely with our marketing team, getting hands-on experience across social media, email campaigns, website content, and customer support. This means you'll not only help deliver high-quality marketing activity but also play a part in shaping how participants and audiences engage with our brand. During event weekends, you'll be right at the heart of the action--coordinating partners, creating content and supporting communications; making sure everything runs smoothly and looks great. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Partnership Management



Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners.

Coordinate and deliver partner activations, including:

o Social media posts

o Email content

o Providing entry data

Provide on-the-day partner care, including meet & greet, setup support, and welfare.

Gather, compile, and deliver post-event feedback to partners.

Schedule and manage end-of-season review meetings.

General Marketing Support



Assist with the creation and scheduling of organic social media content Support with email marketing and participant communications Update website ensuring content is accurate and relevant Respond to customer service enquries via email and phone Assist with entry system administration Maintain third-party event listings to ensure accuracy and visibility. Assist with additional marketing tasks and campaigns as needed. Support marketing and operational delivery during event weekends.

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Knowledge & Qualifications



A-level education or equivalent

Demonstrable knowledge of current digital marketing technologies, such as Content Management Systems, email marketing and social media platforms.

Awareness of sports events industry

Relevant professional qualification in marketing or related subject (Desirable)

Experience



Experience in a similar role (marketing or account management)

Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confident and experienced social media user.

Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads

Ability to maintain close, constructive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies

Welsh-speaking (Desirable).

Ability to show initiative and offer new ideas

Availability



Willingness to work event weekends, with time off in lieu (TOIL) provided for any weekend work.
