We seek to appoint a full-time Partnerships Officer (Agreements) to join our collaborative and dynamic team in the Global Office in a role which will work with the Head of Operations and Partnership Governance to manage a wide range of institutional partnership Agreements with HEIs and other curriculum and placement partners across the world. As Partnerships Officer (Agreements) you will draft, negotiate and maintain collaborative contracts managed by the Global Office, while at the same time developing a particular focus on developing, supporting and maintaining Agreements and relationships specific to our School of Medicine and our Business School. As such, the post will involve detailed collaboration across the Global Office and the Medical and Business Schools with responsibility for key partnership activities and institutional relationships to support their strategic priorities.
The role offers the opportunity to develop and to facilitate a range of partnerships and to build expertise in diverse collaborative areas and will provide the role-holder with the chance to build strong relationships across the institution. In particular, you will be critical to the way the university develops, maintains, reviews, and renews its arrangements with Higher Education Institution partners, health boards, health practices, industry and other partners, to ensure links which allow external curriculum opportunities for our students and which help to build our internationalisation approach at both the institutional and the School levels.
This role will report to and operate closely with the Head of Operations and Partnership Governance to support these arrangements and as such will play a part in managing the institution's Agreement lifecycle.
The role holder will divide their time between work on institutional relationships (60%) and those tailored to School of Medicine (20%) and Business School (20%) arrangements, directed by the Head of Operations and Partnership Governance to do so with combined prioritisation, immediate demand, and cyclical contexts in mind.
