What you would be doing

Supporting the Head of Partnerships (Faculty of Medicine) and the wider Partnerships team in managing and growing strategic industry relationships. Promoting the College's research capabilities and licensing portfolio to secure collaborative research income. Supporting the assessment and advancement of research discoveries through to market via industry collaboration and translational funding. Managing industry partnerships and key stakeholder relationships. Mapping College research capabilities specific to industry partners' areas of research interests Marketing, communications and event planning around University-Industry partnerships and innovation

What we are looking for

A highly motivated individual with a passion for research, innovation, and technology Experience in relationship management and/or project management within academic, medical, or commercial environments (e.g. pharma, biotech, medtech) An understanding of academic research culture, university funding mechanisms, and technology commercialisation processes Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong delivery-focused mindset A genuine interest in advancing research impact through industry collaboration
