Job Description

Partnerships Project Manager is a key team member responsible for the delivery of allocated commercial partnership campaigns with specific attention to scheduling, administration, quality of output, client satisfaction and profitability. The overall goal? To ensure the work produced is better than what was pitched, is produced within the required profitability margins and attracts repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial partnership campaigns for strategic clients and agencies Work closely with the Sales team, All Production teams, and Commercial Editors to ensure successful delivery of allocated partnerships through proficient planning, scheduling and reporting to deliver the partnership as sold. Manage any production/planning matters that may arise or escalate to senior PM. Champion Workfront for campaign management and delivery, ensuring smooth project delivery through clear timeline management and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Drive campaign effectiveness (Results That Matter) for clients and ensure efficient production within agreed profit margins. Produce a pre-pitch P&L for each partnership, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to agreed profit margins and reconcile the P&L after the campaign has ended Manage partnerships across Travel, Lifestyle, Business & Finance, and Sport topics as allocated Maintain centralised, accurate, and up-to-date schedules and trackers for all managed partnership activity, ensuring departmental accessibility. Provide best-in-class customer service, adhering to TMG guidelines to ensure seamless campaign delivery and achievement of KPIs. Be an enthusiastic user and supporter of Workfront for campaign/project management delivery, ensuring smooth project delivery through clear timeline management and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Have a clear comprehensive understanding of all Telegraph products (Telegraph.co.uk, newspaper, magazines, apps, and database). Set the standards to support the renewal of campaigns to secure future investment

Requirements:



Excellent organisational and time management skills A proven track record managing key client campaigns Client first approach to communication and service An understanding of digital advertising metrics and buying methods Positive collaborator and stakeholder management is key Self Starter and experienced project management skills Multi-media experience with knowledge of partnerships, sales, operations and campaign delivery Exceptional attention to detail Numerical literacy is important to manage and optimise profit margins
