**The Team:** This role sits within Times Media, reporting to the Partnerships Sales Manager at a truly exciting moment of transformation. We're building a brand-new Partnerships Sales team at the heart of The Times' digital growth ambitions - and we are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven sales professional to help us supercharge our Corporate subscription partnerships.

**Day to day you will:**
+ Drive new business: Lead outreach and negotiations for subscription partnerships, from prospecting through to deal closure.
+ Build pipeline: Deliver structured, proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn and calls to secure high-quality meetings each week.
+ Create compelling proposals: Prepare tailored pitches, proposals, and sales materials that speak to client needs and demonstrate clear value.
+ Develop innovative solutions: Position Times subscriptions in creative ways - from employee benefits to customer loyalty initiatives - ensuring relevance and impact for partners.
+ Identify growth sectors: Monitor trends, spotting new partnership opportunities across sectors such as financial services , retail, travel, and the public sector.
+ Collaborate for success: Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to refine collateral, campaigns, and partnership propositions.
+ Maximise commercial potential: Integrate wider Times Media assets - including advertising, Times+, events, and licensing - into partnership conversations.
+ Analyse and optimise: Track performance against targets, continuously refining strategies to drive growth and exceed objectives.
**What we're looking for from you:**
+ Experience in B2B media, media owner, publishing, or subscription sales, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
+ A proactive and commercially focused mindset with the ability to match client needs to creative partnership solutions.
+ Confident in outbound sales and negotiations, comfortable leading conversations with senior decision-makers.
+ Strong commercial acumen and experience developing persuasive sales materials and proposals.
+ Skilled in using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and monitor performance.
+ Ambitious and motivated to develop your career in a fast-moving, high-growth commercial environment.
