We are looking for a Parts Administrator to join our busy Parts Team at our award-winning DAF Dealership based in Loanhead.
Key tasks include:
Computerised stock management using Keyloop system
Dealing with electronic/manual supplier invoices and associated paperwork
All administration duties related to the role, providing administration support to other areas of the department.
We are looking for:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Conscientious mindset with a focus on adhering to all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures
This would be an ideal role if you have worked in parts administration, sales administration or service administration in an automotive/ truck dealership.
