Parts Advisor
Job Description
Due to business growth, we now have career opportunity for full-time experienced Parts Advisor to be based at our Aberystwyth branch. As a parts advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however you focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.
Requirements:
A good understanding of motor vehicles
Good telephone manner
Computer literate
Enthusiastic and energetic
Experience within the Motor Trade in the Automotive Aftermarket industry or main car dealership an advantage
Reliable, flexible and punctual
Looking to develop your career in motor vehicle parts
Ability to speak Welsh an advantage but not essential
Wages depending on experience
This Role would mainly include duties such as :
Answering telephone calls and liaising with customers to complete orders with the use of the M.A.M kerridge software system.
Goods in and Goods out
Stock management and upkeep
Cash Handling
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Maintain clean and organised storage areas and cataloguing parts effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 44.5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
