The Challenge...

Assist

customers with their parts enquiries, providing expert advice on commercial vehicle parts

Accurately

identify parts using parts catalogues and industry systems

Process Orders,

ensuring correct parts are supplied in a timely manner

Liaise

with internal departments such as the workshop and external suppliers to source parts

Maintain stock levels,

carry out inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries.

Provide exceptional

customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships

Keep up to date

with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.

The Day to Day...

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30 Implementing shifts at a later date.

What we're looking for...

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems, A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail Natural ability to sell to customers Self-motivated to work on own initiative

You'll really hit the ground running if you have...

Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership. Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
