Job Summary


We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by assisting them in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries.

Duties



Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles or equipment. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints. Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers over the phone and in person. Organised, punctual and efficient
