We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles both over the phone and face to face on the trade counter.
Duties
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders both over the phone and the trade counter
Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock management
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries
Ensure compliance with safety standards
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive or retail industry is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Valid UK driving licence
