Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our friendly and hardworking team at Bournemouth Skoda. This role will offer variation whilst also giving you the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experience within a sales environment.
The Opportunity:
As a Parts Advisor you will:

  • Be key in delivering our customer satisfaction, volume and profitability objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ensure that walk-in and telephone enquiries are promptly dealt with.
  • Own and deliver your individual sales objectives consistently across each month.
  • Engage in the administrative areas of the parts department, as well as assisting and supporting stock control policies and deliveries.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to internal, trade and retail customers.

About You:
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Organisational skills in order to professionally interact with customers face to face and over the phone;
  • Commitment to delivering customer service excellence;
  • A good standard of numerical reasoning;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Previous experience in a target driven role would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Core skills in computing (essential), including web systems, email and use of excel;
  • Experience with CDK/Keyloop (advantageous but not essential); and
  • A full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).
