We are looking for a dedicated
Parts Advisor
to join our small, dynamic team. Reporting to theParts Manager
, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and Technicians have the right parts exactly when they need them.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate parts sales
to maintain seamless availability for customers and Technicians.Engage with customers
both in person and over the phone, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.Work closely with the team
to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Serve parts
to in-house and retail customers.Manage stock deliveries and collections
, including some lifting and carrying.Understand customer needs
and provide tailored product/service recommendations.What We're Looking For:
Motor parts experience is essential.
Strongtime management and prioritisation
skills. Ability to staycalm and focused
in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Keenattention to detail
with a commitment to high-quality work. Alogical and thorough
approach to tasks. Passion fordelivering excellent customer service

Key Information:
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm 22 days holiday + BHs, increasing with length of service Company pension contributions Discounted car scheme and cycle to work scheme after successful completion of probation Access to wellbeing advice service Menable
