We are looking for an experienced parts advisor to join our Audi team. If you have previous parts department experience within an automotive setting, we would like to hear from you
In this role you will be:
Working within our busy parts department, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for retail customers and workshop vehicles
Selling a range of genuine accessories
looking up and ordering parts from our electronic parts system
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
Receiving parts into stock
Data and document handling
Be ensuring that you have up to date product knowledge
Be ensuring that you are up to date with all processing and administration
In order to be successful for this position you will:
Be IT literate and have experience of working in an environment using system and processes
Previous VAG experience would be an advantage
Be a team player used to building effective working relationships.
Be organised and have a good attention to detail
Have previous experience within a similar role
Have good communication skills
