Who you are:
Have 2-3 years' experience in the parts area of the motor trade
Have a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
Target driven and ambitious
Possess the ability to work within a team and adapt to suit individual needs
Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action
As the Parts Consultant:
You will be a proven individual, with a strong team work ethic and good communications skills.
You must have a strong motivation to exceed sales and financial targets.
You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service
Hours are Monday - Friday, also working 1 in 4 Saturdays
Main Duties
Exceed the daily financial targets
Ensure you deliver outstanding customer experience
Support the Manager in managing a stock holding with a view to maximise sales & profitability
Ensure that you adhere to our health and safety policy
Ensure that the main KPI's are exceeded
Maintain an excellent relationship with our manufacturer partners & other staff members
Consistently live the company's core values.
