Responsibilities
Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to order parts and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role .
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in parts ordering and inventory management.
