We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts and accessories for their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities



Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. Communicate effectively with suppliers to order parts and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements



Proven experience in a similar role . Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in parts ordering and inventory management.
