Parts advisor - Full time position.

About the Role

Fussell Wadman of Devizes are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team! If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we would like to hear from you, or if you are a motivated person willing to learn and are interested in cars, we would like to hear from you.

As well as a great benefits package, this role has a starting salary of 27,000 to 29,000+ depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues.

Job Opportunity

Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously. Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed. Ensuring phones are answered quickly, and trade enquiries are dealt with professionally. Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible. Identifying correct parts needed for Technicians is a key part of this role. Assisting in stock checks and stock ordering. Packing and loading Parts correctly.

Essential Skills

We are looking for an ambitious candidate with previous dealership experience who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, Or is willing to learn this role. A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthusiasm for cars. Any Parts interpretation skills and knowledge of the motor industry would be a benefit to help you succeed in this role.
