Parts Advisor


Heathrow Passenger Car


Salary from 28k - 32k depending on experience.

Shift rota, 6:30 - 14:30 & 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8:00-12:00

Rygor Auto are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor who has a passion for setting high standards for their customers. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who can approach the role with a commercial mindset.


?Day to day, you will be:

Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair. Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their parts needs. Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership. Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock. Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately. Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer. Referring to the parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model, and year of vehicles being serviced. ? Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

Communication - This role is pivotal in ensuring that all customers and colleagues are accurately informed.


Time Management - When working to deadlines, being able to manage your time effectively is essential. Strong organisational skills are key to this.
