Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team

Key duties will include answering phones and serving at our busy trade counter, managing existing and future customer accounts, and generating new business, liaising with suppliers, customers and internal staff.

Checking goods in/out.

Delivery of car parts to trade customers.

Using computer based system to check stock and help serve at the trade counter.

Must have a full driving licence.

This is a role for a professional person who meets the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 3 year's experience gained within the last 5 years of working in a busy, fast moving, targeted environment.

Evidence of personal interest in the motor trade.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly yet professional manner.

Proven successful sales record and customer service focused.

Minimum of 5 passes at GCSE at Grade 'C' or above, or equivalent/higher qualifications (including English Language and Maths related subject).

Full driving license.

Desirable Requirements:

Motor trade product knowledge and experience.

Salary and benefits will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
