Due to our continued growth in the JCB aftermarket industry, we are now looking for someone who can join our busy office parts sales team. The ideal candidate will have some type of parts experience in the plant/agri/motor industry or training will be provided for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, processing orders, and dealing with customers on the trade counter in the main office. You will also need to be IT literate as you will be using our "Parts Mam System" and various JCB online part systems.
Training will be provided regarding the online parts systems we use, and any other training will be discussed/offered during the interview or in your probation period to help carry out this role.
