We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts for their needs while providing exceptional service. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Commercial vehicle experience a benefit but not essential.
Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders using Excel and other software tools.
Communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring that all parts are readily available for customer requests.
Provide bilingual or multilingual support to enhance customer experience and accessibility.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and new parts availability.
Experience
Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using Excel for inventory management is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
