Parts Advisor

Salary:

Up to 14.28 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Saturday on a rota basis 8.00am to 12.00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week plus overtime, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:



Identify parts for the front and back counters. Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy. Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves. Process returns to the supplier. Process customer credits. Handle warranty returns. Perpetual stock checking. Stock receipting on DMS.

Ideally we are looking for:



Must be customer focussed. Previous experience in a similar role with commercial vehicle parts experience an advantage. Excellent customer service and strong administration skills. A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working to performance targets. Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
