Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their boat, industrial machine or generator. Maintain an organised inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring accurate stock levels. Communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilise Excel to track inventory and manage orders efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts. Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base. Stay updated on new products and industry trends to offer informed advice to customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for effective communication with customers. Proficient in using Excel and other computer software relevant to inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. A keen attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: 25,000.00-36,634.18 per year
