We are currently seeking an experienced

Parts advisor

trainee

to join our team at our state of the art Accident Repair Bodyshop in Glasgow, East Kilbride. All training will be given on site to the successful applicants.

Responsibilities

Assist Insurance and customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain organised records of parts transactions. Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. Stay updated on maintenance procedures and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
