Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable
Parts Advisor
to join our very busy parts operation based at our Heathrow Depot based in Slough.You will receive a very competitive basic salary with achievable bonus structure.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to get first class training and progress within.
What are your daily tasks as a Parts Advisor
Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase the invoice value Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and chasing Lost Sales Building rapport with our customers Identifying and suppling the correct DAF/TRP parts Supporting the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate parts supply Processing Invoices, handling payments
Key attributes
Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers Professional and possess excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a busy,
fast-paced
environment. A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail IT Literate to work within company processes and systems.Monday to Friday
Min 35,000 Max 38,000
We require 2 parts advisors:
Monday to Friday
10am to 7:30pm (1 in 3 Saturday's)
6am to 4pm (1 in 3 Saturday's)
