Mercedes-Benz Parts Sales Advisors

We are seeking two experienced Parts Advisors to join our Mallusk team.

We are a specialist franchise catering for Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van. We require experienced individuals to complement our existing experienced parts team, to ensure every vehicle has the components it needs - when it needs them.

Shift patterns available:

1 x 39

hours per week,

13:45 - 12 midnight Monday to Thursday.

Rate of pay:

13.15

per hour, plus shift allowance

1 x 39 hours per week,

Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:45 & Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (39 hours)

Rate of pay:

13.15

per hour

Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:30 - 12:30, when competent 08:30 - 15:00 when required.

Job Role

:

Identifying and sourcing Mercedes-Benz vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner To handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person representative of the brand Communicating effectively with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories Check deliveries of stock against delivery notes and record any discrepancies Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in stock management Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties Process orders and handle transactions efficiently for our inhouse team

Essential

:

At least one year's experience working in a similar role within the motor industry IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face Excellent accuracy and attention to detail A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative Commitment to delivering customer excellence

Desirable

:

Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a dealer management system
