Parts / Aftersales Advisor

to join our successful team.

The Role

As a Parts / Aftersales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our workshop and retail customers. You'll ensure that all parts are ordered, stocked, and supplied efficiently while delivering excellent service and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an outstanding service to retail and trade customers, both in person and over the phone. Identify, source, and supply the correct parts to workshop technicians and customers. Process orders, invoices, and returns accurately. Maintain stock control, including checking deliveries and ensuring parts are stored correctly. Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Support the smooth running of the parts department by assisting with general administration and logistics.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a Parts Advisor role (franchise dealership experience desirable, but not essential). Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Organised, accurate, and able to work efficiently under pressure. IT literate with good attention to detail. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
