About the company

Distrigo is BRAND NEW parts division of the Guest Motor Group. The Guest Group is proud to be the UK's largest Iveco Dealer Group & Fiat Professional Dealer and have been a family owned and run business for over a century. Distrigo stock a wide range of supplier brands, genuine parts and Europcar. This distribution network provides solutions for a wide range of vehicle manufacturers and models including DS Automobiles, Fiat and Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Peugeot, Citroen and Vauxhall.


The Group now operates out of 13 depots spanning across the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and South Yorkshire. We provide all automotive services, from the initial sale to the complete care and management of entire fleet, no matter the size and scale. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner Development of increasing both the sales and recognition of the Partscomm brand in the respective areas covered Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment

Person Specification

Prior knowledge of the automotive industry. Have a good understanding of the sales process and success in closing the sale Computer literate (word, excel, CRM and outlook). Excellent administration skills. Enthusiastic Approachable. Outstanding organisation skills. Good clear telephone manner. Customer service driven. Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Use of EPC's
