Hours:

9am - 3pm (Monday - Friday)



We are looking for a Delivery Van Driver to join our team. You'll be working within our Parts Operations based in Inverness assisting with deliveries to our customers. This role is based on a basic 30hr hour week working Monday - Friday, starting from 09.00am to 15.00pm.

About the role:

As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will provide an efficient delivery and collection service to our trade parts customers. You will also be required to assist with light warehouse duties.

Duties include :

? Check the orders for delivery to be correct against the delivery paperwork before departure.

? Manually load your assigned vehicle with orders to be delivered.

? Make sure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislation.

? Ensure goods are delivered or collected to/from our commercial customers safely, efficiently and on time.

? Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit.

? Complete all documentation as per company procedure.

? Adhere to company procedures and policies.

? Hold a full and valid UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 3 years.

? Be able to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

? Be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy to ensure that all relevant checks and paperwork are completed for each collection or delivery.

? Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively.

? Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

? Hold a full clean driving licence (essential).

? Have previous courier experience (preferable but non-essential).

? Have an understanding of the local area.
