Due to internal promotion, Cordwallis Reading are seeking a reliable and conscientious full time Parts Delivery Driver to join our busy Parts Team.



Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 1 hour unpaid break. There may be some overtime available on an ad-hoc basis on Saturday mornings between the hours of 8.00am to 12 Noon paid at 1.5 rate.

Key Tasks

To deliver and collect HGV parts in an efficient and accurate manner (these may be heavy on occasion).


To assist with maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse & yard.


To assist and develop customer parts sales and enhance customer relationships.


To build great relationships with our customers.


To maintain professional driving standards.


To assist with stock checking on an ongoing basis.


To undertake any other tasks as may reasonably be required.

Key Competences:

Must hold a UK driving licence and be aged 21+ with no more than 3 points


Have a good standard of written and spoken English Language


Experience in a similar role would be helpful


Must have the right to work in the UK with valid work permit (if applicable)


Have a bright cheerful disposition and a "can do" attitude


Be happy to assist with other tasks when driving work is quieter
