Our Land Rover dealership in Melksham is offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Manager.


This role is ideal for an experienced Parts Manager, or for a proven leader seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and prestigious industry.


We're looking for someone who consistently delivers outstanding customer service, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and is driven to progress within both Land Rover and the Dick Lovett Group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all Parts Department operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively. Manage stock control, including regular stock takes and accurate record keeping. Provide exceptional service to customers both in person and over the phone. Support the Service Department by ensuring all parts requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with clear communication.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience within a Parts Department , leadership or supervisory experience is essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident in using multiple systems with strong computer literacy. Proven ability to motivate, support, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is required.

In 2017, we opened our doors to our first Jaguar Land Rover dealership. With large new and used car showrooms and a drive-in service centre, the facility was created with customers in mind with a warm, modern design, featuring a barista bar and lounge style waiting areas. Along with a 21-bay workshop, we are able to provide a sales and aftersales experience befitting of this fine British marque.


Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is located off the A350, which joins the M4 motorway at Junction 17, and is easily commutable from Chippenham, Bath, Trowbridge, and Westbury.
