We are recruiting for a Parts Operations Dealer Support to join us on a permanent basis at our Wolverton Mill site. You\'ll be the primary point of contact for our dealer network, addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and coordinating with various departments to meet B2B (business to business) customer needs.

You\'ll primarily be working with our salesforce system responding to cases, emails, and attending meetings with other functions across the business to discuss case related issues. You\'ll liaise with our warehouse team to progress parts booked in and liaise with analysts and procurement to gain ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) understanding parts supply issues and advise dealers accordingly.

Ideally, you\'ll be A-level educated or have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced role within either an automotive or OEM.

We are looking for a confident, driven, organised, self-motivated person with a can-do approach. You\'ll have exceptional communicating skills and have the confidence to communicate at all levels written and verbal as you\'ll be liaising with different departments. You\'ll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you\'ll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your own judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise and liaising and working with other departments to meet deadlines. You\'ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The work pattern for this role is Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm and Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional travel to supplier and Gaydon HQ. Hybrid working can be discussed at interview stage.
