Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their Isuzu Pickup
- Maintain accurate inventory records of parts and accessories
- Organize and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Utilize computer systems and software to process orders and track stock
- Provide product recommendations and suggestions based on customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of stock and orders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is essential.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Familiarity with phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
- A full, clean driving licence.
