We're looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team and help drive sales through expert support and outstanding service.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering Provide technical support for complex parts queries Process customer returns and credit notes Communicate order status and manage backorders Support additional business needs

Who You'll Work With:

Customers (retail, wholesale, eCommerce) Internal departments (technical, warehouse, finance)

What You'll Bring:

GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent, desirable not essential City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar) desirable not essential Experience in a busy parts sales' environment is essential

Skills You'll Need:

Knowledge of BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP desirable not essential Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay customer-focused
