Job Description

Basic Salary: 32,000 per annum depending on experience +bonus +overtime (OTE around 42,000k - 45,000k)

Main duties include:

Identifying vehicle parts, picking, selling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ordering/supply.

Proactively calling potential new or existing customers to upsell any products or promotions.

Liaising with suppliers for ordering non-Volvo parts and ensuring job cards contain correct parts information ready for the admin team to invoice.

Using a computerised parts system and a main agent catalogue system.

General warehouse duties: stock control, liaising with suppliers and delivering parts when necessary.

Covering service parts counter as and when requested

Essential Requirements

Knowledge of vehicle type and parts, HGV experience would be preferable.

The ability to build & grow customer relations.

Confident using a computerised parts system

Experience of; stock management, causal parts and following parts processes with attention to detail.

Experience with handling warranty

An effective communicator with commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative under pressure.

A positive, can do attitude

The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team.

The ability to adapt and implement change to continue to drive future sales

Desirable Requirements

Trailer product knowledge would be an advantage.

Previous experience of Impact Parts System.

Driving licence.

Forklift licence.

Hours:

42.5 hours per week (alternate shifts)

Shift 1: Monday to Friday: 07.30 am - 16.30 pm

Shift 2: Monday to Friday: 09.00 am - 18.00 pm

Saturday: 07.30 - 12.00 noon (Paid at overtime)

Flexibility is required to cover annual leave.
