Parts Sales Advisor

with experience in car or commercial vehicle parts to join our team and help drive our success even further.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and a first-class experience every time.

Use Your Product Knowledge:

Apply your understanding of car or commercial vehicle parts to identify and recommend the right products for each customer.

Drive Sales Performance:

Actively promote and sell our extensive range of parts and accessories to both trade and retail customers.

Manage Stock Effectively:

Help maintain accurate stock levels and assist with ordering to ensure key products are always available.

Prepare Accurate Quotes:

Deliver prompt, competitive quotations tailored to each customer's requirements.

Work as a Team:

Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, warehouse, and management to ensure smooth operations and great service.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a

parts sales role

, ideally within the

car or commercial vehicle industry

. Strong technical understanding of

vehicle parts and components

. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets. Comfortable using

stock and sales systems

(experience with parts software is advantageous). Motivated, detail-focused, and passionate about the automotive sector.
