Experience & Expertise



Proven sales experience -- whether in telephone sales, business-to-business (B2B), or face-to-face environments. A strong passion for sales and customer success, with a hunger to learn and grow in a high-performing team. Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport, influence decisions, and convert leads into loyal customers. A results-driven mindset -- motivated by targets, performance, and personal achievement. Resilient under pressure and able to think fast to find solutions that keep customers coming back. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities at once. IT-savvy with experience using CRM or sales systems to track activity and manage pipelines. Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is an advantage, but not essential -- full product training is provided. A team player who contributes energy, positivity, and ambition to the sales floor.

Our Centralised Parts Sales Department is a vital cog of the business machine, and we're looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our vibrant team at our Nottingham site.

Whether you're locating the perfect part or diagnosing an issue, your ability to process information quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment will be key to your success!
