Job Description

Jim Stokes Workshops Group is a prominent and highly respected restorer of Vintage, Historic & Classic Cars with a global reputation. Our highly skilled team restore, maintain and recreate some of the most significant and valuable road and racing cars in the world.

We are seeking an organised and detail orientated individual to join our very busy parts department and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our stock management and procurement processes. Responsibilities will include:

Source and purchase automotive parts and materials. Process purchase orders, invoices, and stock movements using Sage software. Liaise with customers in relation to the sale of parts and process sales orders. Collaborate with the technical team to understand their project requirements. Conduct regular stock checks. Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with engineering colleagues, customers and suppliers. Previous experience in a parts role, preferably within an automotive company is desirable. Previous knowledge of Sage would also be an advantage but full training can be given.

The role will be perfect for someone who is flexible and keen to learn a variety of tasks. It may also ideally suit a trainee with a passion for historic cars.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
